Urbantronics offers 3 basic levels of service for shipping your orders. You
may choose from ground, second-day or next-day shipping. Some of our larger
items can be shipped via ground shipping only. Other restrictions may apply
based on the order destination.
Most items will be shipped the same day. Purchases after normal business
hours will be shipped the following day.
Weekend deliveries are unavailable for next-day or second-day service.
P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses will be ground service only.
Shipment to an address other than the credit card billing address may be
delayed.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange any product within 30 days of your item's
original purchase date.
We will issue you a refund for any Non-Defective unopened item regardless
of reason within 14 days of your purchase. Returns are only on unopened,
unused merchandise. Items returned for credit must be returned within 14
days of original purchase date. All returned items must have a valid Return
Merchandise Authorization # (RMA #).
Any item received defective may be returned for a replacement within 14 days
for original purchase date. The item must include Return Merchandise
Authorization #.
All items must be return in its original packing material, with manuals,
blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. If
item is returned missing any of the manufacturers supplied accessories or
there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit, we reserve the
right to refuse the return.
Items may only be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date. All
exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee less the shipping charges.
Merchandise without RMA # will be refused and no credit will be issued.
Please do not return a package until you have obtained RMA #. Any item
returned to us without a valid RMA # will be refused and returned to sender.
Customers are responsible for insuring the returned item. Packages lost,
stolen or damaged during return to us are the responsibility of the customer.
You may return items for which you received a free gift in accordance with
our regular Return Policy. You must also return the free gift in order to
receive a full refund. If you are unable to do so, the value of the free gift
will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You
will be refunded the difference. The value of the free gift is based on the
price it was regularly sold for on the date of your original purchase.
No returns will be accepted if the manufacturers box and/or packaging material
are missing.
No returns or exchanges on special ordered items, Shavers, TV's over 21" or
Air Conditioners.
Computer Software, Videos, Video Games, CD/DVD and Music are not returnable.
Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA #) are valid for 10 days from date
of issuance. RMA # must appear on your return packing label. All exchanged
and returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with packing
materials and must include all accessories, software, inserts and manuals,
blank warranty cards and the box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of
returns must be prepaid. We will not accept COD returns under no circumstances.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to
refuse any return or exchanges that does not meet the above criteria.
If you choose to return the item for refund, the shipping and handling charges
are not refundable, and the return for refund policy above will be applied.
Clearance items may be returned only when defective. Clearance items must
be returned within 14 days of the date purchase.
Bulk items are not returnable under any circumstances.
Refunds will be issued in the same method that payment was received.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
Warranty Information
All products typically carry manufacturers warranty from thirty days to
three years. Should you experience any problem with the item purchased,
please contact the manufacturer at once.
